i am using advancedinserttemplate and advancededittemplate with no modal popup.
When i put a treeview with linq2sql datasource in my advancedinserttemplate, it doesnt show up.
When i remove it, it shows up???
I have no idea where to start to find out why and how it comes. Any idea?
Since 2 weeks, i'm trying to find a solution to this problem and i really need it, before we decide or not to go ahead with rad scheduler or something else.
So please, any help would be really helpful. I already opened a ticket since friday but im still waiting for an answer.

Hello Peter,
in general my problem was to test the whole under firefox and not on ie.
Maybe it´s due to some settings on firefox, no idea.
The point is, IE shows me JS error when Firefox just do nothing (i try to open the advancededittemplate, the loading starts then just stops)
Well, the js error helped me to find what was the real problem: i put the linqdatasources inside the advancedtemplates (insert and edit).
So, at run-time, they were just ignored and not found! no idea why, i think you know the answer.
What i did now, was to put the linqdatasource at the same level as the scheduler, so outside the definition of the advandcedtemplates and outside the scheduler,
and now everything is finally working fine, as i expected.
No more js errors.
So now, i will only test my application with IE, and put any declarative datasources used in an advancedtemplate, outside the scheduler.
