I have a question about installing Radeditor to multiple farm. Do I need to run the stsadm to install wsp on all my WFE servers? If not, Would SharePoint automatically copy  dlls across my farm? Many Thanks

Yes, if you install the wsp on one server, it should propogate to the rest. Make sure you do an IISReset after you finish deploying.
