Could you please share some code snippets that would help us replicate the issue ourselves?

It would be useful if you share the complete markup declaration of the RadGrid along with all the relevant code-behind logic. Both the aspx and aspx.cs files will give us a better overview of the setup so we can try to pinpoint what is causing the issue.
