Hi,
I am using Telerik_AJAX_Controls_2012_3_1016_for_SharePoint_2010.
When calling the ImageManager from RadEditor uploading and selecting images work fine.
However, when I click on an existing image in the ImageManager and start the ImageEditor - regardless of what I do - after saving the file the image does not exist. The Item does exist - preview (well, the old preview), metadata and all - but the newly created image does not.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Best,
Nils

Hi,

I am aware of this bug in the current release. I have good news that the problem is fixed and it will be included in the today's release of Q3 2012 SP1.

Kind regards,

Hi Rumen,
thanks for the Info, but no such luck.
I installed Telerik_AJAX_Controls_2012_3_1205_for_SharePoint_2010_Dev and it still does not work.
But now - additionally - saving sometimes results in an error : Line: 3099 - Error: Unknown name.

BTW: In this version cropping results in an error, too:  Sys.ParameterCountException: Parameter count mismatch.

Best, Nils

Hello Nils,

I tested the latest version and verified that it works as expected. Could you please see my test and let me know if I am missing something: http://screencast.com/t/kcCS2yLIAAN?

Hi Rumen,
thanks for the screencast.
Your browser-layout leads me to suspect you're using FF.
I had a try using FF and guess what..
In the attached screenshot you'll see the "same" ImageManager left is FF 16.0.1, right is IE9 (9.0.8112.16421).
The edited image 04_thumb was created using the ImageEditor from FF, the 04_thumb1 was created using IE.
Sadly, IE is kind of a requirement... Can we make this work in IE?

Best,
Nils
