Even when I go to the telerik demo page for the editor, trying to open the image manager gives me a window with the loading icon on it that never opens to the image manager.

This is happening in our project too, and seemed to be fine on previous version of FF on the mac, and works fine on a PC.

Hi Jiro,

I tested the demo example in FF 3.5.3 on MAC, but I was unable to reproduce the loading problem in the Image Manager. The file browser loaded the images without any problems. For your convenience I have attached a video demonstrating my test.

Could you please provide more information for how to reproduce the problem on our side? Do you experience this issue on another machine?

Best regards,

Hello,
I'm having the same issue. I'm running Max OS-X 10.5 with Firefox 3.5.5. When I select the "Insert Image" Dialog, it opens a window but never loads. I also tested your examples in the demo section of this website, and received the same result. If I test on the windows platform using the same Firefox build(3.5.5) or IE 8 it works fine.

I just installed the latest release of the telerik controls. 2009.3.1208.35. This did not fix the issue.
I checked for updates from Firefox, i have the latest.
I checked for updates for my Mac. I have the latest updates.

This is a production issue, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,

I tried to reproduce the problem on my end again with the latest build but without success. This leads me believe that the problem is due some firewall, antivirus or websense tool that is blocking the ajax request of the dialog. You can see this help article on the subject: Blank Dialogs Problem. You can test and see whether this is SSL / HTTPS issue.

You can test on another MAC machine and see whether this problem occurs. You can use the FireBug Firefox plug-in to see for errors when loading the dialog.

Sincerely yours,
