I have the images path of my RadEditor set to a folder with about 100 subfolders.  Each of those subfolders has dozens of images in it.  On the production server, it takes almost 3 minutes just for the Image Manager dialog to open and show the 100 sub folders.  Is this normal behavior?  What can I do to speed this up?

Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

Make sure that you are using a recent version of the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX controls. Older versions do not have paging enabled in the image manager and it can take some time to load when you have a lot of files/folders. Also, look in your web.config and set the debug="false" attribute of the <compilation> element. This should speed up client script execution.

Kind regards,
