While I am dragging the Image manager popup the content of the control dissapears and flashes as does the editor behind it. I am using version 2008.2.723.20.

Hi Vinny,
There are multiple improvements in the RadWindow skin and rendering in the latest version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. That is why we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the latest Q2 2009 SP1 (version 2009.2.826) of Telerik.Web.UI and see whether you still experience this problem.
