hello ,
there is a problem in chrome with image/flash/media manager.
the manager is open minimized.
ie its OK

Hello,
This is a known problem introduced by Chrome 31. The following sticky thread offers possible workarounds: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/editor/broken-dialogs-under-chrome.aspx. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
