Hi,

RadTreeView should support binding to IHierarchicalDataSource (we have an online example demonstrating binding to SiteMapDataSource). Could you give us some more details?

Well, same data source that works with legacy treeview, now gives me error: System.InvalidOperationException: Data source is an invalid type.  It must be either an IListSource, IEnumerable, or IDataSource.
I'll see if I can make a test project for you.

Hi,

We were able to reproduce that error when binding to class which implements IHierarchicalDataSource without inheriting from HierarchicalDataBoundControl. This bug is logged and will be fixed for the service pack of RadControls "Prometheus". Please open a support ticket to send you a private hotfix.
