We are having issues with grabbing user content from a rad editor when inside a Rad Update panel using IE. it works fine in firefox and chrome. I have read and applied the fixes listed in other articles but they have not worked. I am using Q3 2013 version of the controls.

Can you please confirm that you have tried the suggestions provided in the following KB article: RadEditor Content Not Saved After Ajax Update in IE9, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari?
If they do not work for your scenario or the problem is other, please provide more information, sample project or at least a code snippet on how to replicate it on our end.
