1、I use the UpdatePanel control to replace RadAjaxPanel page, but lost RadGrid style
2、How to manually register all the required CSS files in the head tag of the page, How to manually register the default style ：

Hi lining6020,
Regarding the first issue, we will need a sample page in order to reproduce it and give advice. You cannot attach files in the forum, but you can do this when sending regular support tickets (normally, we do not provide support by email).
As for the second question - CSS files are registered with <link> tags, as you have demonstrated. Make sure that the URL to the file is valid.
