the hyperlink manager in not opening on the click of the HyperLink manager.
just the window opens up but the controls inside the window does not open where we can set the Url and all.
The window that opens also takes a lot of time to open.
One more problem is that i am not getting the smart tag for Prometheus RadEditor control

Hi Jeevan,
Before proceeding, would you please tell us what version of the control are you using - we have been posting updates on the control in this forum thread and we need to know what version you use - date and whether it is a developer version or a trial one. In case you are using an older version you can try with the latest one to see if the problems persist.

Prometheus RadEditor version - 2007.2.918.0
its a developer version...
can u tell us Step by step how to use the HyperLink Manager.
It is giving us some Java Script Error (Error on this page) and the HyperLink Manager window does not open.

Hi Jeevan,
I am attaching a simple page plus a movie demonstrating that the LinkManager works correctly with the version of the control you use. The Web.config file is modified for the usage of ASP.NET AJAX. If you continue to experience the same problem, please open a support ticket and send us a simple running project reproducing the JavaScript error you have so we can investigate it locally and provide a solution.
