Hello,
When you start a new thread you should describe completely your issue and not just referring to another thread without a URL even provided. To clarify the issue for people that will try it will be hard to find your question, I`ll paste it here from the other thread:
"Hi,
I am trying to create a new skin using http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/New.aspx. But this does not get loaded properly. Hence not able to go ahead. For your reference I have attached a screen shot. I tried it almost on every browser, but the result is same."
The following URL: http://screencast.com/t/fw7bQhaFN shows that using latest FireFox version, Visual Style Builder works as expected. I suppose that in your case, it was a temporary issue that is already fixed.
