Hi Nermin,
RadEditor is an XHTML editor and it does not support HTML3.
If there are some specific tags that you'd like to have or to strip, you can disable the content filters by setting ContentFilters="None" and to write your own custom content filter which will make the replacement of the unsupported HTML tags in the HTML3 format.
