Hi hoc tro,
Please take a look at this code library project - it implements a RadComboxBox that allows multiple selections by using CheckBoxes in the ComboBox template.

In fact the sample project is written in Visual Basic.
To download this project you need to find "Attached files" section ( colored in gray ) on the page and click on the "website2-35.zip" link.
