Hello Ralf,
This is not supported out-of-the-box and the solution I can propose you is to create a custom skin for our AJAX controls which resembles the SharePoint 2010 one and promulgate is as described in this topic. I hope this is applicable solution for your case.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,
thank you for information. I think it's not suitable to create customs skins for each of our customers if they are using our applications and they need to have the look and feel of their own created SharePoint skins.
So maybe there is a chance to have a feature like "Use SharePoint skin" in the telerik packages?
Best regards,
Ralf

Hi Ralf,
Thank you for the proposal - I will forward it to our developers to be contemplated further. If this appears to be commonly requested possible enhancement for our AJAX controls in SharePoint environment, you may see it included in a future version of the suite.
And let me offer one more option in this case, namely to override the embedded skins of our components in your common SharePoint stylesheet definitions as depicted in this blog post.
