how to use RadAjaxManagerProxy in Master Page and Content

i have a Master page and Content form.
i see this train page
i need a sample for using RadAjaxManagerProxy .
how to use this solution?

You place RadAjaxManager in you master page and RadAjaxManagerProxy in your content page. RadAjaxManagerProxy only works if RadAjaxManager exists in the master page.
