Hi,

I have some problem to set the PageSize property from client side. The scenario is to set the PageSize dynamically calculated by window size, to handle different screen resolutions and window sizes. So no scrolling is needed.
Is there any solution?

Best regards,
Ralf

Hello Ralf,

RadGrid's page size can be set on the client only when client binding is used, otherwise a change of the pagesize would require a postback. An example of client-side bound grid is available here:
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/client/declarativedatabinding/defaultcs.aspx
And a short reference on the api used to change the page size here:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/grid-gridtableview-set-pagesize.html

Kind regards,
Tsvetina

The anwsers are never directly. Always they asked you to follow a link.Too hard to learn how to use, and looks like you´ve spend more time learning the programming your own UI.  I really don´t know why we're using this Telerik UI solutions if the learning curve is higher than programmer your own UIs,  to just simply change a pagesize! I didn´t find in 1 hour how to do this in ASP.NET.

Hi Sergio,

Thank you for the valuable feedback you provided here and via email! We do appreciate it!

If the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite does not match your requirements for solely C# development (no JavaScript), you might be interested in evaluating our alternative offerings which are entirely C# based:

If you have any questions, please open a support ticket or a new forum thread and we will be glad to assist you with more information.
