this is probably easy and I'm missing something simple. I have small CMS web app that uses editor control. My question is how do I link to a page in a current web application? I tried Hyperlink Manager, Document Manager without much success.

Please, note that RadEditor does not offer this feature out-of-the box.
I believe that the following KB article could be helpful for your scenario: Add SiteMap to Custom Links Dropdown. The article applies to RadEditor Classic. To learn how to populate the custom links dropdown in RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX please see this help article: Custom Links.
