how-to : double row header at runtime ?

hi,

I wish to achieve this (see attachement).
I must add a header template dynamically.

What is the easiest way to do this ? I visited this link :

and it seems very complicated.

       Thanks for the reply. As I must add the headers dynamically, I used Jason Maronge's method described in

        Actually, I'm very much annoyed by my nestedView : a border appeared in all SelfHierarchic grids in all my projects. I have posted a question on it recently :
