How to close radWindow on click of a button

Hi,

I am opening a radWindow on a image button click (which is there in radgrid) Parent form and on radwindow I am having two buttons 1) SAVE and 2) CANCEL, Here I am having two questions

1) When I click on SAVE button on radWindow the parent form has to refreshed and at the same time radWindow has to be closed?

2) When I click on CANCEL button radWindow has to be closed?

How can I achieve above two things?
