Hi Andy,
However you have posted your questions in the RadFilter control forum, I assume you are talking about the built-in filtering item of the RadGrid control, right? If that is the case, you can change the filtering textbox width by setting the FilterControlWidth property of each grid column to the desired value in pixels.
