Hello Carlos,
Basically, the approach is the same with AutoGeneratedColumns, but of course, you need to know the field names and build the query accordingly.:

You can also check automatic CRUD operations provided by RadGrid:
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/data-editing/automatic-crud-operations/defaultcs.aspx
