How to add a custom controls to the toolbar

I am trying to add some custom controls to the Rad Spreadsheet toolbar, like text box, button etc.. How can i do this.

The RadSpreadsheet for ASP.NET AJAX control is a wrapper of the Kendo UI Spreadsheet widget. The RadSpreadsheet is designed for ASP.NET WebForms projects, while the Kendo UI Spreadsheet is an entirely client-side JavaScript widget and can be used with many frameworks, even in a simple HTML page, as it relies only on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Would you please share which suite(Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX or Kendo UI) you intend to use in your project and what framework is used in your project? That would help us recommend you the more suitable product for your scenario and provide more specific suggestions as there are some differences between the customization of the different controls. 

For example, the Kendo UI Spreadsheet allows adding custom widgets and elements to the Toolbar via the Templates while the RadSpreadsheet does not allow such customizations.
