Every time the page loads it sets the starting month to the current month, how do you override this? I simply want to be able to tell the Telerik.Web.UI.RadCalendar to start at a given month, can you please point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Derek Bemis

Hello Derek,

You can set the FocusedDate attribute of the Calendar to the required date as shown below:
c#:
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        RadCalendar1.FocusedDate = DateTime.Parse("02/11/2009");
    }

Thanks
Shinu.

My Comments upon  name of "focus date"
Developer(s) of Teleric Control
Be careful about method naming. Whats the hell does focusDate mean ? Does it mean initial or calendater start date by name.
Please save others time being thoughtful while designing API.

I was tired but never thought of it as initial date.  My luck finally forced to search and got ur solution.
Thanks
Ziaur
