I have used RadEditor of Telerik controls (Telerik.web.UI.dll version 2012.1.915.35) in sharepoint 2010.
When I click "Image Editor" button then on page happen error.

Hi,
Telerik.web.UI.dll version 2012.1.915.35 is internal and unofficial build.
My recommendation is to download the especially designed version of RadEditor for SharePoint 2010 (Telerik_AJAX_Controls_For_Sharepoint2010_2012_1_215_Trial.msi) from your account and use it instead of the standard RadEditor in SharePoint sites. You can find installation instructions in the following help article: Installing RadEditor & RadGrid Web Parts on SharePoint 2010.
By the way do you use external dialogs and have you customized the Image Manager or Image Editor?

This error only occurs on UAG.

Hi,
Could you confirm that you are using the specially designed RadEditor for SharePoint 2010. Also in order to help you further I will need to check the web.config file of your SharePoint 2010 site. There might be problem with the configuration of the dialog handlers.
