[Solved] How do I use Ajax Prometheus with user control?

I have 3 usercontrols in page. I use script manager for call web service in first usercontrol, but I have RadCombobox (Prometheus version) in third usercontrol and I want to use Ajax when change rad combobox for change value in text , I user ajax old version but not work then I change ajax from old version to new version still not work because ajax new version need to script manager which I use in first usercontrol already. How do I fix this problem?

This example put ajax in page not usercontrol but I want to put ajax in usercontrol which have script manager already.
