[Solved] How do I set a custom pager style

I have set the radgrid to use custom skin how I am unable to set the style so it looks similar to the attached image. Could some please show me how to do this. I have copy the default template and rename it to mycustomskin template.

You can create a pager with any look and layout by using a PagerTemplate:
