How do I load javascript like telerik does?

Hello telerik team,

I have a question.
How is it that in certain circumstances when I try to register a JavaScript with the RadScriptManager it does not work. But all the telerik controls work just fine?

Do you guys have another way of registering JavaScript?

If you guys do I would like to know the way how it's done.

The RegisterStartupScript method of the ScriptManager class (RadScriptManager inherits ScriptManager) should work as expected. Please let us know about your scenario and how you register the javascript.
