I'd say look at these two demos:

http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/generalfeatures/cardview/defaultcs.aspx
I think a mix of these two should be able to reproduce the overall grid behavior that you want.

You can also have a look at the following demo links on RadTabStrip and RadMenu.  See how telerik has implemented breadcrumbs to show the current path while using RadMenu.
