[Solved] how can i change text and tooltip of editor?

how can i change text and tool tip of editor?
i wanna change text of something for example when mouse over some object like Bold show thing that i wanna.
how can i do ?

What you need can be accomplished in two ways - one - by using the localization functionality of the control, and second by setting the text property for each tool. Please, refer to the following help articles that explain in detail the two approaches:
