Hours across the top

I am trying to make a staff scheduling program, I am wondering if it is possible to get the hours across the top on a day view

I would like something similar to :

This requirement looks like the Timeline view of RadScheduler. Please, see the demo and let me know if you can use it for your case. 

Resource grouping is also supported.
