HourPanelTimeFormat BUG (and workaround)

If you try to set the HourPanelTimeFormat to 'HH:mm' it will not show '13:00' it will just show '1' :-(

But if you add a space in front it will work ' HH:mm' or in the end 'HH:mm ' it will work...

(I don't know if this bug has something to do with German settings)

We tried the following settings, but we could not replicate the problem:
HoursPanelTimeFormat="HH:mm"
Culture="German (Germany)"

Can you send us your RadScheduler definition so we can test it locally?

If you select the control press F4 (Properties) and change it there it will not work (it will not produce the line in the .aspx file). If you write it by hand in the tag it will work.

I tried as you suggested, but still there were no problems in my local test project. Can you try this with the current version - 2009.2.701

I added a movie in  ticket ID is: 229731 and as you can see I'm running the latest version....

I got the same problem in 2009 Q2 2.826.35   and I'm using sv-SE culture, but with a 'HH:mm ' it will work.
