[HELP] Regarding designing Top bar!

Hi everyone, im new to telerik, was just building a web application, i want to include the top bar in the picture in my web form..
which control is used to do so can anyone please tell me??
I am using VB dot net.
Please help...

But there are some errors...which i am not been able to resolve, being a newbie..

It also says that Style.css is not found..how can I include this 'style.css' into the app??
Is it radstyle manager?

have you taken a look at the demo isolation steps link (see attached screenshot). They can help you remove the demo site dependencies so that you can use the code in your project. Also, when you install the RadControls you get the demo site locally (the LiveDemos folder in the installation root) so you can find the stylesheet from this particular demo there to copy to your test app.
