[Solved] Help me to build main template of our Enterprise Web Application

Hi, I am going to design a enterprise level web application. The application is about project management(Time, Resource, Document, Cost Management). I purchased Telerik but I don't know much about this. 
- How could I organize frames looking good and to be confortable and effective? I'd like to leave the consistent area not to be refreshed just main area like grid controls to be refreshed everytime data comes from the server.
- How could I obtain the security? I hope the minimal disclosure of source code on the HTML

If there is a sample or example template to refer to, please advise me. This project is  really important to the company I belong to, So please provide me your good experience to make the project with Telerik success story....
