We recently switched from using a filter row to using the header context menu filter, and seem to now be lacking the Between and Not Between filter.
Why is it missing? Is there a way for us to manually add it back in?

Hello Christina,
Generally there is no need to display the Between and NotBetween filters as such filtration can be done using the GreaterThanOrEqualTo, LessThanOrEqualTo, LessThan and GreaterThan filters. That said it would be best to use the built-in mechanism of the context menu.
