Hello ,
Header and footer appear on every page and I'm afraid it is not possible to change that. If you don't need a real header and footer, but if you would rather need to put some information before and after the control then you can do that by modifying the HTML. Handle the PdfExporting event and insert the "header" before the text in the e.RawHTML contents. The "footer" can just be appended and it will appear on the last page.
