Have 1 parent menu item to point multiple child items from a datasource

I'm using a sqldatasource to populate my menu and it works great. I would however like to have a parent to all "Parent" items that says "Select Category".
So this is what i have...

But this is what i'm trying to do...

So since "Select Category" isn't in my database i can't have it as the parent to everything.

Just used a union to do what i needed..thanks.
