Groups expanded in another pages if in first page expanded(Radgrid outlook grid)

Hi team,
1) I need a help in outlook style radgrid(Group by expression grid). in which by default GroupsDefaultExpanded="false" so all groups are collapsed, suppose if end user expand any one group and goes to another page all the groups should be expanded unless collapsed.

2)In the same above grid i will have groups with status:approved(5),status:submitted(5),Status:sent(20) with pagesize:20. In first page status:sent with 10 records will be visible suppose i expand,if i navigate to 2nd page i want remaining 10 records with expand mode not any other group.

is it possible? if pls give an example
