Grouping - where is the functionality ?

Hello,

I think that some functionality in RadListView is missing.

Regarding grouping. Where is that functionality ?

Why in the world I would like to group my products in pairs ? or by 3 - 4 items ?
I would expect to be able to set grouping expression here, then take advantage of group templates to create "report like" experience.

If would be really nice if we could achieve it.

Hello Roland,

The current grouping functionality of RadListView for ASP.NET AJAX resembles that of the standard MS ListView control. We will consider introducing grouping feature based on group expressions for the future version of the product (based on the feedback we get from clients and community members).

I understand that this listview resembles MS ListView (which I dont find usefull).

I hope that new functionality will be in the future version (very near future , I hope)
