I'm using the AJAX RadGrid 2008.3.1314 and I'm experiencing the following problem with the arrows which appear when you are dragging a column into the grouping panel. If, before doing the drop, you move the mouse below the grouping panel, the arrows disappear. However, if you do the same thing but move the mouse above the grouping panel, the arrows do not disappear. This misleads the user into thinking they have dropped the column into the panel, thus initiating grouping.

Is this a known problem? Is there a simple workaround?

Thanks,
Mike

P.S. I wanted to add a screen shot of the page in question to this entry. How do I do that?

Hello Mike,

My colleague Dimo already responded in the support ticket you opened with regards to this subject. Here is a quote from his reply there:

You are right that the group arrows appear in cases when they shouldn't. I am afraid there is no easy workaround for this, but we will fix the problem for our next release (Q1 2009 SP2), expected at the end of this month. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience this may cause you.

Your Telerik points have been updated for the report.
