Hello,
I'm using the Scheduler from Telerik.
Now I was looking at the website, demo's and documentations how to group items
I get the items from database which is filled with loads of data.
And its possible that one 1 day there are many appointments. If u put too much appointments u don't see anything or only 1 appointment that rules over the others.
So the question is. is it possible to group the items and if u click on it then u can choose an item from the group?
and if its not possible how can I fix this problem? I think maybe write an own class like a collection or something but I don't know where or how to start. Please help me out someone.

I suggest you consider implementing resource paging as in this kb article:
