Using GridTemplateColumn and ItemTemplate is RadAsyncUpload ,RadBinaryImage go to change image in one row , the same image change to all rows . [selected row change the image that row will be change the image remaining row will not change the image]please help me..

The demo presents exactly the scenario you are describing - template column with async upload control and binary image. You could see that the described behavior could not be replicated in the demo.
Could you please share your page markup as well as the related code behind so that we could review your scenario and advise you further?
