Hello,
I have some RadGrid in my page, but when i make a postback to upload files, after postback all RadGrid's miss the skin, do you know why??

Based on the provided information, it it not clear what causes the problem.
Is the RadGrid skin CSS file registered on the page? Check out the <link> tags in the <head>.
Is the problem exhibited only in Internet Explorer or in all browsers?
Can you provide a simple demo, which reproduces the problem?
