When I place Radcombobox as itemtemplate in radgrid ( 3 columns) and Radgrid has 15 rows.Its taking almost 30 seconds to render the grid.and moreover if I give AllowPaging="True".The comboboxes are not getting rendered properly.Please suggest.

I tried to reproduce the issues you reported but without success. Maybe you can send us a snapshot of it or a code snippet demonstrating the problem.
