grid jump to last page

when I click "Add a new record" button in the top left corner to add a new record, the grid automatically jump to last page... could not figure out.

not sure what could be wrong?

Please set below property in your code/Grid.

<MasterTableView InsertItemPageIndexAction="ShowItemOnCurrentPage">
