Hi Ganeshpandi,
Please, verify that you have the correct version of Telerik.Web.UI.dll in the project's Bin folder as the error describes. You will also need Telerik.Charting.dll and Telerik.Web.Design.dll. In addition you may have to remove any old versions of these assemblies from the GAC.
