[Solved] Grid does not appear consistently in FireFox

We are using Q2 2009 and are noticing that our grid filter boxes do not display correctly in FireFox and the filter condition buttons sometimes do not display either.

Attached to this message is a simple runnable application using Q2 2009, which is working as expected. As you can see grid filter boxes are displayed correctly in FireFox.
