'ScriptManager' is ambiguous in the namespace 'System.Web.UI'.
I just installed Telerik and opened and existing site in development mode. I added a new page which I wanted to use to replace an existing page that contained a grid. After placing the controls on the page I started in Debug and got a slew of errors sinilar the the above error.
Where did I mess up?

I found the problem. I had two references to Ajax in the webconfig file each pointing to a different version. I removed the older and things are working again..
