Hi,
After spending way too much time looking for an intereactive gantt control, I've given up and am now looking for a static gantt chart.
In particular, will the telerick chart for asp.net support gantting capabilities like milestones, percent complete and task dependencies? If so, is there an example I can look at?
Thanks ... Ed

Hello Ed,

I am afraid these are not supported in RadChart. The gantt chart type in RadChart can serve basic purposes like showing task periods.  Please, accept our apologies for not being able to meet your needs.

Sorry Ves but all these can be done with the radchart control. It's not "out of the box" indeed, you are right, but it can be achieved with proper coding. Just add different series for 'projects', 'percent complete' and 'milestones'.
The 'projects' and 'percent complete' series will be Gantt type, but milestones series will be type 'Point' so that they look as diamonds.
As you can combine together different series and in addition you can add tooltips anp pop-up windows (with a little coding), you should be able to create an interactive Gantt chart.

Hi M. R.,

We apologize for the misleading answer Ves provided. He merely pointed out that the gantt series has some limitations and those features are not included out of the box.

We would like to thank you for helping out your peers with our chart control!
